Accessibility 
Parking
There are 2 public car parks within 5 minutes walking distance of the museum at Hillboro Place & Mary Street.

Disabled Access
We do strive to cater for all our visitors, unfortunately however with width of the aisles & age of the building this may prove difficult for some wheelchair users. There are no stairs or ramps at this museum. Full access details are available on request.

Visually Impaired 
For those with visual difficulties a steward is more than willing to assist with a guided tour upon request, please note that assistance is limited to the availability of the museum ​

​Hearing Impaired
All artefacts presented have information notices located next to them.

If you have any access requirements - physical, sensory or regarding the presentation of information - please Inform reception. 

Dogs 
You are more than welcome to bring your dog/dogs into Porthcawl Museum, provided it is well behaved.

Prams/Pushchairs 
Prams and pushchairs are welcome to be left at reception at the visitors liability, the museum might refuse the leaving of objects depending on the space available.

Facilities
Porthcawl Museum has no onsite facilities, however there are public toilets & a cafe within 30 yards.
