MEDIEVAL DAY at PORTHCAWL MUSEUM - 2nd May 2026
Visitors to Porthcawl Museum experienced the sights, sounds and tastes of the medieval world; enjoying exciting mock battles and the spectacular March of the Vikings (down the middle of John Street!).
They were also able to discover what life was like in the Norman period through displays, demonstrations and living-history activities.
Children and adults alike explored medieval clothing, weapons and crafts as well as the food and drink enjoyed by people of the time.
